We are seeking a creative, sales minded individual who understands how to drive revenue in the online retail space. As an E-Commerce Manager at AXEL, you will maintain a creative and innovative look and feel of our e-commerce platform.
This person will play a pivotal role in the success of our e-commerce stores across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, optimize conversion rates, and maximize revenue generation. This role is for someone who will be dedicated to building a business. Those looking for a 9-5 desk job need not apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting.
- Develop and implement imaginative and inspired e-commerce strategies to drive sales.
- Research target markets to discover new trends.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, service providers and third-parties.
- Analyze various data sets in order to deliver strategies which maximize performance and achieve kpis.
- Demonstrate superior problem solving and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions in a variety of unique situations.
Requirements:
- This is an in office role (not remote or hybrid)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Innovative thinker that can create novel solutions
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on being a strong, persuasive writer.
- Proficiency in Excel, traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
- Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies, sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Graphic design skills are a plus

Pay: $39,032.32 - $61,092.70 per year
