LOCATION: Denver, CO
STATUS: Full-time
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
HOURLY PAY RANGE: $28.81 - $35.87
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Overtime
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for oversight, implementation and daily management of advertising, digital media, and content development for Care Synergy’s four hospice and home health affiliates. This includes marketing, media, sales, and print and digital advertising materials. Writes content for advertising, printed/digital media, website and other advertising and promotional platforms.
- Content creations lead for marketing and communication efforts, including advertising calendar, newsletters, marketing collateral, email communications, and external print and digital media.
- Partner with Social Media Specialist to integrate social media and website calendar and messaging with advertising and marketing calendar. Ensure integration with all messaging and media for consistent branding of all hospice and home health affiliates in their respective markets.
- Partner with development team to align fundraising efforts with other media/messaging. Work collaboratively to develop materials and advertising to support fundraising special events.
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as identified in partnership with VP of Marketing, Development and Special Projects.
- Work with Social Media Specialist to edit and produce graphics for internal and external use on an as-needed basis and to align with deliverables on internal and external advertising calendars. May include development of imagery for emails, marketing collateral, print and digital advertisements, as well as additional communications materials.
- Partner with hospice and home health leadership in the coordination and production of quarterly newsletters including establishing timelines, determining content, coordinating/writing content, and design.
- Assist with content development, improvement, and utilization of internal communication platform across the Organization.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Manage marketing and advertising invoices with vendors and Organization’s finance team for proper submission and payment of invoices. Track expenses as aligned with marketing and media budget.
WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum Experience: Three-five (3-5) years sales, marketing, and/or editorial experience. Experience developing and implementing digital media strategies preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
