Junior Coordinator

A&D Mortgage is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender, providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200+ employees across the United States, we uphold our commitment to excellence in service across 40+ states.

We are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to assist in implementing the company’s marketing strategies and achieve our objectives.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating production processes in the marketing department:

• Planning and controlling production tasks.
• Communicating with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and order fulfillment.
• Optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Managing the printing of advertising materials and products:

• Preparing design layouts and ensuring printing meets branding and advertising campaign requirements.
• Selecting suitable materials and printing technologies based on allocated budgets and campaign goals.

Handling merchandise orders:

• Interacting with merchandise suppliers for product development and ordering with company branding.
• Organizing logistical lines and delivering merchandise to various points of use and storage.
• Monitoring warehouse stocks and ensuring timely replenishment.

Mini-project management:

• Planning and implementing small projects, such as launching new product lines or preparing themed gift sets, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinating with various departments to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
• Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of project tasks and results.

Organizing gift sets collection and distribution:

• Searching for suitable gifts according to the company's goals and budget.
• Packaging and distributing gifts to customers, partners, or employees.
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of gift programs.

Other tasks:

• Timely preparation of materials for business events, internal corporate events, and individual staff requests.
• Inventory management of marketing materials and distribution control.
• Interaction with other departments of the company to coordinate marketing and production processes.
• Searching for innovative approaches in production and marketing processes and implementing them into the workflow.
