YOUR TYPICAL DAY:
- Oversee New Employee Onboarding Process: working closely with our Recruiting department and ensuring good alignment with policy documents and onboarding materials, initiating welcome calls for new employees, participating in new hire orientations and performing new employee early career check-ins
- Payroll Administration: providing assistance to our Payroll Team on bonus calculations and managing employee benefit deductions upon hire and termination, and other payroll related duties
- Educate and assist employees with questions about AMP benefits and HR policy
- Workers’ Compensation Administration
- Employee Relations: organizing our HR Educational Monthly programs, working closely with our Operation’s Manager on coordinating employee events, and participating on the Retention Committee

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR or HR related leadership role
- 1-3 years’ experience with payroll policy and administration
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors in Human Resources or related field preferred; High School diploma required.
