Hr Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the overall HR strategy of the company. Duties: - Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires - Develop and implement affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with legal requirements - Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively - Manage workforce planning activities, including monitoring staffing levels and identifying recruitment needs - Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Assist in project management initiatives related to HR programs and initiatives Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar role - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization - Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Job Responsibilities shall include

• Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operations and sales projections.
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees or HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
• Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain standards.
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

Job Qualifications:

• Three to five years of demonstrated experience.
• The ability to coordinate and monitor the different job responsibilities.
• Multi-tasking ability, flexibility and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Valid, state issued driver's license.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
