As a Bilingual HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will serve as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance and assistance on a wide range of HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish with a passion for building positive employee experiences and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including language-specific programs or materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Support employee relations efforts by conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and/or HR administration.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS, UKG, Ulti- Pro and MS Office Suite.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per day
