We are looking for a professional, friendly, and patient-oriented individual for the Dental Administrative Assistant position. Candidates must be team oriented, punctual, and reliable. Ability to multitask, excellent written and spoken language skills and telephone etiquette are required. A great personality and comfort in speaking with patients is our number one priority. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm and welcoming smile
- Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
- Providing general information as well as assisting with registration
- Updating and maintaining accurate patient information
- Collection of any co-payments at the time of visit and registering transactions and issuing receipts
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance Verification
- Processing Claims
