Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant

Gunster seeks an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant in its West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate must have extensive calendaring experience, the ability to e-file and experience with complex commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts. Key responsibilities include drafting routine correspondence/documents, scheduling depositions and hearings, making travel arrangements and file maintenance.

Additional qualifications include previous law firm experience, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
