An ideal Office Manager has at least two years of experience providing support to the commercial masonry construction projects, including familiarity with new structures, design-build/development, and renovation. Project types include but are not limited to Casinos and Hotels, Commercial Real Estate (multi-family and mixed use), government buildings, and luxury real estate. Great careers can be made in the commercial stone industry.
Required Skills and Background
- 2 years prior experience in Office Coordination for a variety of duties
- Knowledgeable of phone systems, voice mail, and having the ability to manage incoming calls therefore must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organized with the ability to problem solve
- Opening, sorting, and handling delivery instructions and postage for physical mail
- Data support to our Chief Financial Officer, providing, AR/AP, payroll, data entry of client contact information, invoices, purchase orders & time cards support services
- Proficient with all standard software including Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook
- High School Equivalency

- At least two years of college experience

- Ability to support marketing officer on campaigns and email communications
