We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part time Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with human resources
- Occasionally answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Support the team by providing administrative assistance as needed
```Qualifications```
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
