Construction company is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Receptionist to work 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) in our Richmond office. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-orientated, has strong multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. The candidate must be open-minded with a strong ability to listen and ask the right questions. We are looking for a communicative and outgoing personality who can easily adapt in multicultural settings. Hourly wage is based on experience.
Candidates must excel in the following areas:
Full computer literacy with intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), QuickBooks Accounting Software, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).
Excellent command of English, Spanish is a plus. Excellent customer service skills (primarily interacting over phone/email).
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field and/or a business degree.
Job duties include: answering phone calls, assisting clients with scheduling estimates/work, preparing and sending estimates and proposals via e-mail, filing, accounts receivable/payable, and general administrative tasks.
