Our company is currently seeking a full-time Admin Assistant/Secretary to join our team! You will be responsible for front desk including phone calls.
MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish and English)
Work Hours :From 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Thursday. (Friday 9AM - 4:30PM)
THE SKILLS NEEDED:
1-2 years Management experience with front desk/ administrative duties
1yr+ Customer Service
Familiar with 10 Key Numeric Keypad.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite And Quickbooks.
Used PBX/multi-line phone system to place, receive screen and transfer calls.Coordinated the collection and preparation of operating reports.Gather data quickly and efficiently.'
