Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, entering and scheduling calls, and responding to emails
- Assist with technician daily work
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
