We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant of Social Services supporting the Director Social Services and department Social Workers with secretarial, clerical and administrative functions. Demonstrates an understanding of and embraces the mission statement of Christian Health.
Competencies:
- Schedule daily meetings for PACU.
- Schedule IDC meetings for Heritage Manor East and West.
- Manage all HMO updates.
- Referral to Hospice and Assisted Living agencies.
- Send all information requested to MLTSS case managers and manage MLTSS roster in Excel.
- Provide baseline care plans to patients on the HMW.
- Set up transport to Longview.
- Make referrals to Meals on Wheels.
- Upload all documents into electronic medical record (EMR) provided by social workers.
- Completes the Medicare appeals to livanta.
- Send the list of patients interested in Rx to home.
- Manage optum catalog and enrollment.
- Manage Respite log.
- Assist with room changes.
- Completes filing for long term residents.
- Send out schedules for meetings to PACU team.
- Send out schedule for IDC meetings to team.
- Types up all no MNC's after Utilization Review.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year administrative experience required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
