What You’ll Do

  • Provide general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field.
  • Answering multiple incoming phone calls, both from internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepares a variety of reports and manage databases and input information, data, and records
  • Stocking office equipment and supplies
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Assist IDS team in supporting technicians with their programming needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 0-3 years experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

  • Experience with RemoteLink
