Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint. Ability to communicate, comprehend and transcribe meeting notes meaningfully along with capturing action items.6. Desired skills:Create Visio Diagrams, Prepare presentation7. Duties/Responsibilities:onboarding SimplyGov paperwork and requests for additional software installation, SharePoint access coordination for consultant staff. Setup new project folders on SharePoint. provide permission access to appropriate business and EMO users. Meetings setup, meeting agendas and meeting notes. Preparing training materials. Preparing PowerPoint presentations. Updating various spreadsheets to track and monitor software procurements and payments. Preparing variety of word documents. Data entry in variety of systems, workflows. generating and circulating reports. Calendar updates. Variety of tasks related to tracking, monitoring and sending follow-ups and reminders. Track and Monitor progress of certain items. Schedule, manage meetings.
