We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who is a self-starter that possesses strong communication skills, a passion for working with others and thrives in a fast paced and always evolving environment.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for data entry, handling paperwork, answering phone calls, assisting with staff scheduling, answering crew and customer questions and other special projects.

Qualifications
High School Diploma required
1 to 2 years of office/clerical experience preferred or similar qualifications.
Strong IT and technical computer program skills working with a variety of software and computer programs.
Must have strong customer service and organizational skills.
Dependable, motivated & detail oriented.
Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, and maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Positive & professional attitude.
Strong written communication and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, follow-up and interpersonal/communication skills.
Ability to function in a high stress environment.
Self-starter, able to execute duties with minimum supervision.
Flexible; willing to expand duties as the situation dictates.
Compensation: $22.00-$28.00/hour depending upon experience
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
