Job Summary:
This position is fundamental support of our Training and Engagement teams. You will broadly interface with customers and agency employees representing SA and our company values.
You will work closely with leadership to manage training income tracking, personnel files, training materials and databases. You will provide back-end support to our staff and customers to enable them to attend training. You will share in responsibilities to compile, edit, and communicate engaging company-wide announcements and events internally and on social media. You are key participant in event coordination and management, and training database management. You will be a lead for the Lynnwood office, maintaining supply inventory, coordinating with building management, and conducting Office QA reviews.

Starting Wage: $21.00
Program: 80/910
Location: Lynnwood, Snohomish County, Washington state
Shifts: Full-Time Generally 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and two years of recent experience working in an office environment
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, (with an emphasis on Excel), Zoom, multiple virtual platforms, and skills and ability in multiple platforms or ability to learn and manage (examples Zoho, survey, Canva, ADP)
- Have a clear criminal history and pass a background
- Must be able to pass a credit check. Written consent to conduct credit check required at interview
- Be at least 18 or older
Licensing and Certifications:
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AA/Bachelor’s Degree
