Position Purpose:The Enrollment Systems and Data Analyst provides objective, timely data analysis to inform decision-making and facilitate planning for the Guarini School. They will ensure data is compliant, accessible, understandable, and provides strategic oversight and coordination for the submission and analysis of surveys and reports. They will work independently to manage admission and enrollment program Systems and processes, serve as the SLATE Captain, and maintain and update the admissions system to ensure it is used to its potential. They will also support data integrations between SLATE and various systems Dartmouth systems, including Axiom, Banner, and others.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:- 4 years of proven experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Ability to quickly become proficient in Technolutions SLATE applications.
- Demonstrated skill in data management and Data analysis.
- Previous experience as Slate Captain.
- Basic to advanced report writing and querying skills or demonstrated aptitude to learn.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and proven ability to analyze data to support business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to information accuracy.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly developed degree of confidentiality, tact, judgment, and initiative.
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.
- Master’s degree.
- Technolutions SLATE experience.

Description:Slate Captain
- Leads all activities related to Slate, ensuring up-to-date functionality, and is the first point of contact for all technical issues needed to meet enrollment needs.
- Manages all enhancements in Slate for the office of admissions, building new forms/apps/events and archiving out-of-date ones, manages cycle prep, creation, and management of portals, writing and managing queries for office functions (i.e., mailings), automation rules, data integrity and clean up, and other needs within Slate.
- Plans, develops, and manages all integrations between Slate and other software and organizations.
- Works with the Guarini enrollment staff to introduce new and updated features for best practices across the admissions teams.

Description:Data Stewardship, Analysis and Research
- Synthesizes and interprets information to track the progress of The School, inform decision-making, and shape Guarini’s narrative.
- Identifies, extracts, and integrates data from various sources to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
- Designs and executes project specifications, ensuring effective project implementation.
- Manages official survey submissions on behalf of Guarini, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive reports and analyses.
- Engages in continuous learning and improvement of data management Systems and processes to support Guarini’s initiatives.
- Researches and prepares talking points, data points, and visualizations for spokespeople, collaborating with various teams.
- Manages data sourcing, storage, and website management while actively contributing to system improvement and campus-wide data projects.
