A well-established company located in the Tumwater area is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to bolster the property management department. This role works closely with the department manager, accounting, and other staff and must be confidential and trustworthy.

What you’ll do:
Organize credit card receipts & expense reports
Assist with Accounts Receivable/Payable
Data Entry, Analyzing Data
Opening and sorting mail
Scanning and making electronic copies
Preparing Bank Deposits
Maintain electronic and paper files
Establish and cultivate professional relationships with tenants and vendors
Other various administrative tasks as assigned
Preferred:
Experience working in a general business environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with Quickbooks

This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time hours during the summer (if desired.)
