Our accounting staff consists of 3 positions to manage all aspects of our accounting team.
The Administrative Assistant position consists of:
Assist with the day to day operations of our production team. This includes;
Scheduling work to be performed.
Approving job cost
Assisting accounting with invoicing and collection of payments
Keeping all interested parties informed about job progress
Keeping job files up to date
Managing third party database information/communication
Posting Payments from Customers

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
