Salon Schedule Coordinator

We pride ourselves on our positive team culture and offering clients a professional, up scale experience. This position requires a self starting individual with ENERGY & experience in customer service. This position is directly responsible for the flow of the salon and keeps us all organized and efficient.

Schedule:

WED-FRI 8:45am-3:30pm

SATURDAY 7:45am-6pm

SUNDAY 9:45AM-4pm

Job Requirements:

*Must be 18+ to apply (must obtain an alcohol pouring permit prior to completion of training).

*Track personal and salon numbers to meet salon sales goals for home care and hair services

*Offer thoughtful recommendations to upsell clients products and services that fit their needs

*Learn and stay up to date on product and service knowledge

*Maintain a clean and positive work environment

*Confidently book appointments as well as follow up with clients that haven't been in-our focus is helping fill the Salon Schedule and maintain an accurate and functioning schedule

*Marketing- utilizing social media as well as in person events to promote the salon and meet referral goals

*Maintain accurate inventory of retail and professional products

*not a seasonal position/ must have weekend availability

Salary: Position starts at $18/hr with opportunities for monthly bonuses and raises available quarterly when sales goals are met. This position has endless opportunities for growth and additional hours. As a small business we love to promote within!
