Job Description
- Johnsonlink Associate handles inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage and respond to email, fax, or patient communication program.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or confirming appointments for patients.
- Process payments and answer general financial inquiries.
- Resolving patient support issues and providing proper solutions that leave the patient happy when they have called in.
- Working to save canceled start appointments, utilizing sales scripting training, with a goal of 100% appointment retention.
