Who You Are:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Previous experience in a medical/dental office or healthcare setting preferred
- Proficient in medical/dental terminology and understanding of orthodontic procedures and a drive to learn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members
Your Impact:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Coordinate with patients to reschedule appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients
- Provide excellent patient service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Utilize orthodontic practice management software to manage appointments and update patient information
- Greet patients and visitors at the Front Desk and provide them with necessary paperwork
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Candidates required to work in both locations: Federal Way and Lakewood offices
