Time: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
Job Duties: • Maintain, monitor and update automated time keeping system. • Time and attendance tracking for all hourly employees • Process weekly payroll and send to corporate office for final payment • Work closely with HR/Finance in researching payroll issues and submitting discrepancies. • Organize, maintain and file HR paperwork for company personnel; such as, promotions, wages, benefits, absences, training status, and terminations. • Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities (interviews, orientation, etc.) • Create badges for new hires and replacement badges for current employees. • Update and maintain door/key lock program. • Create and maintain employee schedules in scheduling program. • Address/assist with employee concerns and questions, and determine an appropriate course of action, either referring employees to appropriate staff or resolving situations. • Maintain and Develop Employee Information Board to communicate plant wide information • Daily personal contact with all plant departments to resolve or refer questions/problems. • Assist & coordinate employ
