We are a privately owned and thriving dental office in the city of Burlington Washington seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator in our Call Center. We believe in rewarding all of our team members for the effort they put into caring for our patients and helping our business grow.
Duties:
- Answering in-coming phone calls
- Making outgoing phone calls
- Scheduling Patients

Skills Needed:
- One (1) year experience working in a call center.
- One (1) year experience working in customer service.
- Ability to follow phone scripts, while making them your own.
- Experience in customer service positions.
