Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper

Duties:

• Responsible for Account Receivable & Accounts payable
• Creates orders, invoices and submits invoices to customers
• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
• Maintain and keep customer filing update
• Perform credit card reconciliations.
• Create / pay bill and maintain vendor account and G/L record.
• Assists Accounting Manager
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Must have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite , Quickbooks
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.
• At least two years of related experience required.

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
