Job Summary: The Sales Administrative Assistant performs a variety of difficult, specialized administrative and office support functions; creates and maintains specialized reports, records, and files required in connection with department work processes; interacts with Pacific Bath. The role of Sales Administrative Assistant is to work directly with the General Manager, Sales Manager, and in-home sales consultants and provide support for all areas of onboarding new customer files. The role will provide office services by implementing administrative systems and monitoring administrative projects as directed.

What You’ll Do:
- Intake all new sales and fully audit sales paperwork and pricing according to standard operation procedure.
- Complete “welcome call” to customers after auditing, ensuring all customer information has been accurately entered into CRM and all documents and signatures have been collected.
- Collect and compile a weekly list of completed jobs and photos to maintain a “before and after” portfolio
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience using SalesForce CRM and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with an emphasis in problem resolution.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
