Hours
- 8:00am - 12:30pm (flexibility is needed to stay later some days and cover a full time shift occasionally if a co-worker is out on vacation)

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the order process from start to finish.
- Answer emails and phones with professionalism and efficiency
- Edit spreadsheets to enter product data
- Assist in warehouse with moving wood products
- Assist in photography with handling boards and wood blanks
- Learn about exotic and domestic hardwoods to help customers select wood for amazing projects
- Use creativity and enthusiasm in all aspects of your job!
Qualifications
- High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work with changing business needs
- Creativity and high level of integrity in Customer Service
- High level of organizational skills and prioritization with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift boards to assist in inventory and picture taking
- Ability to stoop, bend, stand, lift, twist, sit
- Fast Typing Speed (Minimum 60 wpm)
