Administrative Assistant
Left Coast Logistics, located in Lake Oswego close to Bridgeport/I-5, is searching for a seasonal admin that we can train to be our Administrative Assistant in a very fast paced environment for our busy season. This position does Paperwork Matching, Document Research (including calling stores to gather information on deliveries that were made) and making sure all documents are complete and then scanned into their file.
We are a freight broker, and need someone with attention to detail The right person will be trained in every aspect of this job.

Systems Used:
· QuickBooks Enterprise (can train, but experience welcome)
· Microsoft Outlook (email)
**This is a Temporary Position for up to 3-4 months but could turn into more with the right candidate. **

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
