Private Equity Finance Associate (Mid-Level)

Description:

A Dynamic International Law Firm is seeking a Mid-Level Finance Associate to join the firm's nationally-ranked sponsor finance group in New York or Chicago.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-4 years of substantive leveraged finance experience representing borrowers, Private Equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders and other investors or private creditors in a diverse range of debt finance work, including acquisition financings, dividend and other recapitalizations, asset-based facilities, general working capital facilities, and debt restructurings and reorganizations (including debtor-in-possession financings). Lender-side experience in the context of middle market transactions is a plus, but not required.
