Columbia West Engineering, Inc., a geotechnical and environmental engineering firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Beaverton, Oregon location. The ideal candidate will be an organized, efficient, punctual and motivated team member with excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail.
General Responsibilities are:
- Prepare electronic versions of field reports
- Process documents for approval
- Respond to e-mails in an orderly fashion
- Answer phone calls and follow through with requests
- Maintain adequate quantities of office supplies
- Other general tasks and projects as assigned
The minimum required qualifications for this position are shown below:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
- Ability to maintain confidential and detailed records
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
In addition to the required qualifications the following skills are preferable:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
