Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Secretary/Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will need excellent customer service, communication skills, strong attention to detail, must be orgainized and enjoy working as a team, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing customer service, administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
-Communicate with team members and clients
-Experiance with computers and office machinery
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, date base entries, calling for locates, property searches, getting job files together supporiting estimators, tracking test reports, emailing reports to clients and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
-Mantaining employee cellphones and company text groups
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks using various software programs
- Assist with taking payments using QuickBooks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, secretary and customer service
- Proficient in using Quickbooks, Excell, Word, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
