In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining files and records. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner, and providing them with information and assistance as needed.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages when necessary
Manage and organize office supplies and equipment
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
