Full Time Medical Office Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00- $25.00 per hour DOE

Facility: Neurology Group

Location: San Diego, CA

Days: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm

Travel once a week to La Mesa office

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the Neurosurgeon's calendar and schedule appointments
• Prepare and manage presentations and reports
• Coordinate logistics
• Manage correspondence and phone calls
• Provide administrative support for research and clinical projects
• Maintain and organize the Neurosurgeon's office and files
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
