eQ Technologic, Inc. is looking for a highly accomplished and passionate team member to work as part of the Administration department. Job duties will encompass various office related tasks, some of which involve organizing and scheduling meetings/events, maintaining compliance logs and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding process. The individual will need to be detail oriented, process driven, organized, a strong communicator and willing to bring their creativity and enthusiasm to the workplace. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Coordinate college recruiting events and other internal events
- Scheduling meetings, interviews and travel plans
- Maintaining office supplies, seating charts, visitor/employee badges, parking access and other administrative tasks to promote and maintain efficient office operations
- Coordinating mail distribution and the shipment, receipt and management of customer/employee assets or materials
- Assist with writing and/or updating policies and procedures
- Assist with audits and compliance matters
- Assisted and successfully maintained the company’s ISO270001 Certification
- Review and revised various company policies and procedures
- Acts as liaison between employees and Human Resources
- Responsible in tracking company and customer assets
- Assist employees in obtaining Security Clearances
- Draft company-wide memos
- Assisted with employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Interviewed numerous job candidates
- Help maintain numerous databases
- Ensure company security protocols are followed
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Organized and process driven
- Works efficiently in a fast pace environment and can multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience that required planning and management skills and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company
- Microsoft 365, with emphasis on excel
- Grammatical skills, note taking and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 45 per week
