We are seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in an administrative role. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials
- Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with order entry and processing
-Shipping and Receiving
- -Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of the content
- - Unpack, label, and stock received items in the appropriate locations, and update inventory list
- - Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items, Drop off at post office or ensure Pickup
- - Ensure all shipments are properly documented and recorded i
- - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written documents
- Previous experience in a Medical office or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Basic administrative skills, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Knowledge of office management procedures and familiarity with computerized systems
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
