Job Description
This is a full-time position, and the ideal employee will be a resident of Fresno/Clovis, CA. This employee must be able to work 32-40 hours per week, five days per week.
Job Description: The overall responsibility of this position is to assist the Chief Operating Officer with ensuring that all customers receive timely correspondence and receive service. In addition, they will be responsible for coordinating with the Technician Assistant to the COO and or Lead Service Technician to customers and tenants. Various tasks associated with promoting company culture and marketing are assigned as needed by the COO.
Job Responsibilities
•Ensure that communication to and from customers, Technician Assistant to the COO, and or Lead Service Technician is timely and efficient, and said communication is designated to the proper personnel to expedite repairs and service.•Maintain electronic database by generating new work orders.•Edit the CRM database as needed to reflect new information/communication provided by customers.•Incorporate existing daily tasks and new tasks as deemed necessary with the growth to be accomplished in a timely, proficient manner.•Manage process for inbound calls/email requests during the day from customers and technicians, rebuild routes for technicians as new work orders come in as necessary and at the direction of the COO.•Maintain schedule/calendar of events and approved work orders/contracts for the Company.•Locate hotels and restaurants for out-of-town jobs and assist with hotel booking.•Help promote Company Culture with the COO. Includes employee recognition, Outreach and Team Building.•Assist with house keeping duties as assigned.•Coordinate with COO on Marketing campaigns, and social media. Gather research of upcoming events such as World Ag Expo, all Roof Expos and National Women in Roofing events, etc. •Create itineraries for the COO as needed when traveling.•Maintain the Executive and Staff Meeting Agendas.•Responsible for following up with customers WEEKLY on the A/R Report.•Meet regularly with COO to communicate issues, etc.•Support COO in achieving the vision statement.
Job Requirements
•2-year minimum experience in administration and customer service. Property managementand construction experience is a plus but not required.
•Goal oriented
•Ability to multi-task and great time management skills
•Experience in Microsoft word and Excel documents is a must (60 WPM required)
•Must be Honest, Reliable, Punctual, Ethical, a Self-starter, able to work without supervision,and under pressure.
•Must possess & exhibit a strong focus on quality, professionalism, integrity and customer service skills.
