This job will require typing speed above 45 words per minute. Must have Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly personality in order to greet clients at front desk. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a must. Knowledge of Quick Books is a plus. MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH. Good organizational skills are required and the ability to problem solve. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision. Must have knowledge of social media, Facebook, Linked-in, Constant Contact. This office is a Commercial Real Estate firm that deals with predominantly business owners and investors.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Welcome and direct visitors in a courteous and friendly demeanor
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, and other standard office equipment.
- Make copies, sort, and electronically file records related to office activities, business transactions, and Real Estate contracts
- Create floorplans and brochures for new listings
- Create and curate content for our website and social media platforms
- Maintain all marketing platforms: update with new listings and completed transactions
- Main point of communication between office and cooperating agents, lenders, and escrow companies on closings
- Manage the contract-to-close process using checklists and systems, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
