SalaryWe are looking for a meticulous well rounded Construction Office Assistant/Receptionist. Daily tasks will include data entry, typing, administrative support within our office, answering phones, open and distribute incoming / outgoing mail and filing. Further training to be on tasks relating to: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Project Administration, Safety, and Human Resources.
It would be helpful if you are knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, any accounting program, and/or have experience in the construction industry.
Pay Range: $16.00-$21.00/hour depending on experience
Experience:
- Construction Office Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Accounting Program (Sage 100, Quickbooks, etc.) 1 Year (Preferred)
