Job Duties
- Opening the reception area daily
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Filing, faxing and labeling
- Student services assistance
- Managing the inventory for the student books and supplies
- Data entry
- Internet research
- Generating reports and spreadsheet info
- Customer service & client maintenance
- Admissions team assistance and support
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Moderate internet knowledge
- Experienced answering and greeting the incoming calls
- Customer/student service experience
- Well-spoken
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Able to take initiative and problem solve
- Able to maintain professional demeanor
- Familiar with front office etiquette
- Detail oriented and efficient
