Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Scheduling caregivers and making sure all shifts are filled
  • Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assess patient/client needs, coordinate care, resolve issues and ensure quality care
  • Comply with all applicable home health laws and regulatory standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and co workers
  • Follow up with families regularly to make sure their needs are being met
  • Making sure all caregivers are up to date with their training
  • Manager employee files and make sure everything is in order
  • More duties will be assigned

A few must-haves for Administrative Assistant:

  • Bachelors (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in home healthcare
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
