We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and manage the process yourself.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information and help them fill out various required forms.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize computerized systems such as Microsoft Office,Excel, Teams and other office software
Skills:
- Proficient in using computerized systems such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe, and other office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills(EMAILS AND VERBAL)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in a corporate office is a plus
