We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. This HR Generalist will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The primary functions of this role will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. How you will make an impact
- Work with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Apply HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
- Draft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances
- Craft onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Design employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Design a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Create employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
- Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong time management skills preferred
- 1+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing setting
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Organized in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
