Job Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate payroll entries and processes bi-weekly (for salaried) and weekly (for hourly)
Assure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently
Effectively communicate and execute necessary changes to policies and procedures
Coordinate with Benefits & 401k vendors regarding offerings to Marleylilly employees
Ensure timely and accurate entries to the HRIS database
Perform audit and compliance functions as requested on items such as audit reports verification, benefits, and payroll information
Maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal requirements
Assist with recruitment planning, interviewing, hiring, partnering with temporary agencies, and onboarding for internal and external talent; assist with job fairs and employment events
Administration of pre-employment verifications and drug screens
Other duties as requested

Knowledge of Mac/Apple OS, Google docs & sheets, MS office
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred;
At least five years of human resource experience
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Office, Manufacturing, and Warehousing Environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse, manufacturing, and office areas.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must have reliable transportation to drive between the main facility and warehouse location when needed (approximately 7 miles between locations)
