Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring effective candidate sourcing and interviewing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support the performance appraisal process, working closely with managers to provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans, when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR related certification is a plus, but not required.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
