Hr Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a HR Generalist for a contract to hire opportunity in the Greenville, SC area. This role is hybrid, offering both in office and remote working. The ideal candidate will have previous human resources experience, thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and will possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a crucial role in various aspects of HR, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and programs.
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring effective candidate sourcing and interviewing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support the performance appraisal process, working closely with managers to provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans, when necessary

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR related certification is a plus, but not required.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
