Duties
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience required, preferably in the consttruction or roofing business
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Quickbooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Familiarity with basic office management tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry

Hours for this job are 9-5 most weeks. Some overtime will be required certain weeks
