Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of HR & Office tasks
- Review candidate applications on job boards (indeed, ZipRecruiter)
- Complete phone screening with job candidates and schedule interviews with them
- Onboard new employees
- Train employees in completing timesheets correctly
- Audit new employees’ timecards for accuracy (%)
- Work with billing specialist to prepare employees send their timesheets on time
- Assist billing specialist with billing issues
- Responsible for filing and placing employee documents in personnel files
- Audit employee files for compliance-monthly
- Audit client files for compliance-monthly
- Transition workers & clients to EVV app login/logout
- Run background checks
- Review and respond to MNUI notices
General duties
- Provide assistance for program directors, supervisors and empoyees
- Assist with all aspects of payroll administration including employment verification, child supports & other employees' related notices and documents

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with disability Programs & Services
- Experience with working case managers and care coordinators
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
