Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring an HR Coordinatorfor highly regarded financial management and credit solutions provide, located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting all functional areas of Human Resources. This position entails supporting various aspects of human resources, including benefits administration, employee relations, communications, total rewards, recruiting, engagement, onboarding, and offboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support in all HR functional areas, including benefits, employee relations, communications, and recruitment.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system and serve as a resource for employee inquiries.
- Partner with management to support career development initiatives and talent identification efforts.
- Lead the communication of employee programs to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
- Manage resolution of employee relations investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts and manage new hire onboarding processes.
- Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent across the organization.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency with federal and state labor laws, leave of absence, workers' compensation, and safety regulations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
