Position Overview

HR/Training Coordinators support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. As a HR/Training Coordinator you are an integral member of the team and are responsible for understanding, documenting, following, and improving various HR processes and programs. This is a fully remote position.

This is a full time, remote position at 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), Days

How HR Training Coordinators Empower Recovery

Onboarding: You are responsible for supporting a highly engaged employee base through the new hire onboarding process and personnel data management.

  • Responsible for administrative onboarding and offboarding tasks: new hire communications, HRIS setup, and scheduling and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Facilitates and supports New Employee Experience Orientation.
  • Administrative support for the HR Team

Training: Providing administrative support for the Accanto Learning Center and managing/tracking training assignments.

  • Learning Management System Administration
    • Publishes, tests, and uploads content, as needed.
    • Maintains course catalogs, calendars, rosters, and schedules.
    • Manages training enrollments for new and existing employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working as part of a collaborative HR team
  • Preferred experience with UKG Pro
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook – with the ability to learn and adapt to internal software programs.
